I did not see that y...I do hope you find this post. I did not see that you posted progress on this customer yet. I just finished my first pair of shoes that address this same problem. I have a short leg, and it forced me to make my own. I intend to make this my main focus. I use a wood insole carved to fit, and split the total lift between this and the sole.C.J.
